Kickboxing provides an excellent workout. Our program is tailored to include student assessments and a belt-ranking system. Each class consists of a warm-up, stretching, basic techniques, pad-work, bag-work, punching and kicking combinations through light-contact, kick-light and full-contact kickboxing.
